Steps to reproduce:

Print of Lightning (Ctrl -P)
Print layout - change drop-down to "monthly grid" and press "next" radio button.
Continue with printing.

Actual results:

Print output page 2 has the last line of grid boxes from page 1.

Expected results:

Print output page 2 should not have the last line of grid boxes from page 1.

The problem existed with the previous version of TB as well.
