Create reports for entries that should be removed from OneCRL because they are either expired or not serverAuth-capable.

Currently we have these reports for adding entries to OneCRL:

We need similar reports for removing entries from OneCRL

  • Intermediate CA Certificates to Remove from OneCRL (HTML)
  • Intermediate CA Certificates Remove from OneCRL (CSV with PEM of raw certificate data)

An intermediate certificate should appear in the new report when:
(OneCRL Status == Added to OneCRL) AND ((TODAY > Valid To) OR (Derived Trust Bits does-not-contain Server Authentication))
