We would like to run an experiment to test different text options for the first-time Picture-in-Picture toggle. We will test different messages to determine the best message to get the most PiP toggle clicks.

Yes.

Yes. This collection is Telemetry so can be controlled through Firefox's Preferences.

If the request is for permanent data collection, is there someone who will monitor the data over time?

Yes, Ania Mininkova is responsible.

Category 2, Interaction.
