Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto resource:///res/samples/test13.html 2. Wait for a second. 3. Watch the scrollers. Actual Results: Same. The scrollers lockup and don't move (there is space for them to move though). Expected Results: The scrollers should have got bigger and smaller as the "RED" "BLUE" and "GREEN" Moved around. Im using Build ID 2002101612 1.2b This wonked on the older 1.2a
