Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox and try to navigate to a web site.
Actual results:
The web page never shows up, the tab just sits there attempting to connect. If you check the Task Manager you can see one Firefox process consuming 1 core. I tried this on multiple machines, one with 4 cores and another with 8, the one with 4 cores uses 25% CPU, the one with 8 uses 13% CPU. If you leave it long enough Firefox will crash and the Mozilla Crash Reporter program runs (I did submit crash dumps).
This only started happening after installing the latest Windows Update for Windows 10 (installed on 12 January 2022).
Expected results:
Web page should have been shown, Firefox should not crash.
