Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0

Steps to reproduce:

When Firefox 96 is in normal use (initial state), the CPU usage rate increases abnormally and the network cannot be connected.

It seems to occur even when the website is not networked, such as a PDF reader only. (This does not happen if you are not connected to the network in the first place.

Actual results:

If you turn off all "Firefox Data Collection and Use" in the settings, the problem seems to go away.

Expected results:

You should be able to browse in Firefox correctly!
