Steps to reproduce:
All websites I routinely visit refuse to load.
No other website will load. All are waiting.
I did nothing out of the ordinary.
Websites load on Safari and Chrome without issue.
Quitting stalls. Force quit required.
Activity Monitor Sample has two samples. One during page loading stall. Other during quit.
