Steps to reproduce:

On Linux x86_64

Firefox Developer Edition (FDE) 97.0b2 cannot open any site using either hostname or IP
Downgrade to FDE 97.0b1 fixes the issue

Other browsers and the underlying OS can both connect and perform DNS resolution
