Steps to reproduce:

Issue is systematic. You cannot browse.

Actual results:

Via searching on the web, i found a suggestion on reddit to disable HTTP3 support in the config (key network.http.http3.enabled ).
That effectively solved my issue (which i had on 2 different W10 PC's both running
version 96.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Networking' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
