User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

Started firefox and chrome from work account on windows this morning to start working.
Realized I still had to make an doctor's appointment.
Switched to my personal account on windows and also started firefox there.
The most recent tab wouldn't open, tried another one, but that also just gave a spinning icon and a blank page.
Restarted firefox to still get the same results. Checked the about firefox page, and it said another instance of firefox was updating.
I quit firefox, and logged out.
Went to the work account and the about firefox gave the same message. So quit that one too.
After restarting it said it was up to date.
Started working, but after a while pages stopped loading again, and just got the spinning wheel again.
Tried to check the website from my isp or the router, but those wouldn't work either.
Than I noticed that gmail in the chrome window was still doing fine. Tried to open the same pages there and I had no issues.
Downloaded the older 91.4.1esr and installed that. After that the internet has been working fine.

Actual results:

No internet connection

Expected results:

Webpages loading fine, just as it does in Chrome.
