Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Firefox 96.0.
  2. Install and enable any custom theme.

Actual results:

Black border around the selected tab:

Expected results:

The black border shouldn't be displayed.

I managed to reproduce this issue on Firefox Beta 96, Nightly 98.0a1 and Release 95 using macOS 11.6 (Big Sur).
I believe this is a duplicate of Bug 1746000 and I'm marking it accordingly.
