The issue was originally reported on the Fenix GitHub repo: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/18983.

From what I managed to investigate in the feature, it seems that the GeckoBundle message handled by the prompt controller does not contain all the logins for the current domain if a username was already previously selected, just the ones matching that username.
