Steps to reproduce:

I have some pin tabs (which are automaticaly load on Firefox)

Actual results:

when I go to use them they are unload ...
They aren't active during all this time ( chat for exemple ) and I have to wait they start process ( huge webapp I check some times each by day ... )

Expected results:

Pin tabs should not be automaticaly unload ...
It's a user action to pin tab, it should still be active and ready :)
It's disturbing when we see that our tabs have a loading problem and that it happens often. After, we understand that it is the unload ... ( may you should inform user the firts times )
I’m trying to adopt it, but if I can't have a safe zone (pin tabs) is annoying ... :-/

For those not patient enough to wait for an official solution but patient enough to do their own builds, here’s a one-line patch.

I believe this was actually a bug. Please check if pinned tabs are still getting unloaded/discarded under the conditions Firefox starts unloading tabs automatically.
