Steps to reproduce
- Make sure browser.download.alwaysOpenPanel is set to false in about:config
- Go to about:addons page and enable the Rawrrr! theme
- Open this page and perform a download from the "Desktop Download Warnings" section, option 6 or 7
- Observe the notification on the download icon
Expected result
- The notification icons are visible, the contrast is stronger, as per the UI specification.
Actual result:
- The red dot and/or the yellow triangle icons are barely visible on themes like Rawrrr!, That's so fire or Cheese Puff.
Regression range
- Not a regression, introduced with the new themes implementations.

To be clear, this issue has existed for a while for any theme using a toolbar color that's in any way close to the yellow used in the warning triangle.
