User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0

Steps to reproduce:

I have several tabs open with content from our company's servers. (served using their public ip address)
When I then log into the companies VPN these server addres have now an internal IP adress. The switching (turning vpn on and off) normally does not affect the pages.

Actual results:

Occasionally the ip adresses get mixed - so request to the git server are made to the chat server and vice versa. about:networking#dns does show the correct ip adresses - but the requests are made with the wrong. On the attached image you see the two screenshots (of the dns page and the network analysis) where the NS cache shows the correct ip adresses - in the network analysis you see that the request to the git server is made with the ip adress of the chat server resulting in a 400 Bad Request.

Expected results:

The requests should always be done with the correct ip adress.

I suspect this is caused by bug 1420777.
You can verify by checking if the bug still happens when you disable HTTP2 (Set network.http.spdy.enabled and network.http.spdy.http2.enabled` to false). If that fixes it, we can dupe to bug 1420777.
