Steps to reproduce:

Open Firefox
Go to a website
Pin tab of website, eg https://web.whatsapp.com/
Open Private window (pinned tab not in Private mode)
Close main window (leave Private window open)
Reboot computer

Actual results:

The pinned tab gets lost

Expected results:

Pinned tab should stay
