The pdf is using the font "Impact" which should be available on almost all the windows OS and we should likely try to use it.

Should have been fixed by https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/16363 and https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/16416, please correct me if I'm wrong.
