Steps to reproduce:

Drag to reorder tabs

Actual results:

Tabs appear out of order

Expected results:

Tabs should be in order

I wasn't able to reproduce your issue on Firefox 96.0.3 or Firefox 97.0

Could you check if it also occurs to you in troubleshooting mode?
