As a Netflix subscriber, I want to watch videos in Picture-in-Picture with the subtitles track I have selected in the Netflix interface.
Acceptance Criteria
-
Subtitles or close captions are displayed in PiP in the language user has selected in the Netflix interface.
-
The only way to turn subtitles on and off is outside of Picture-in-Picture, on Netflix itself.
-
The feature can be held behind a pref to facilitate a holdback study for MR1 2022.
-
Vertical subtitles that Netflix supports for some Japanese content are not displayed in PiP.

Setting P2 until we assign somebody, and then this should go to P1.
