175350 - RFE: Option to have sig appear above quoted reply

Perhaps instead of having the option for where a reply starts as a dropdown, it
could be converted to radio buttons with a checkbox option for the signature to
appear above the quoted message when the option to start the reply above the
original message is selected.

I lost a potential user today over several differences between Netscape 7 and
Outlook Express today (he gave it a try because of a virus that got him at
home), and that was one of his many points.  People don't want to scroll down to
find the reply, which is why so many choose to put it at the top.  Why would
they want to scroll down to find the contact info?  Without counting >'s later
on, it makes it difficult to tell which sig went with which sender.

Just trying to pass on what I'm hearing from an "everyday" kind of user.
