extensions.formautofill.supportedCountries US,CA
extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.enabled true
download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach https://luke-chang.github.io/autofill-demo/basic.html?
2. Fill in with data all the fields.
3. Click on Submit.

Expected Results:

The address save doorhanger should be displayed with the option to save the address.

Actual Results:

A doorhanger with the following message is displayed: “Nightly now saves addresses so you can fill out forms faster. Change Form autofill Preferences”. The address save doorhanger should be displayed.

Notes:

This doorhanger is not displayed for credit card capture and login/password capture.

So this first time use doorhanger is correct, according to the old address autofill UX spec, but I would argue that this doorhanger is inconsistent with our current experience of credit cards and logins/passwords capture (as Alin noted in Comment #0).
