175450 - downloading seems broken i 1.2.b (im using 1.2a again)

Downloading never starts in 1.2b and the downloadmanager window will not launch,
this goes for downloading anywhere in mozilla: browser, mail, newsagent.
Ive tried a post 1.2b nightly build and it had the same problem, 1.2a work fine
though.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try downloading something, using any method to launch it.
also the downloadmangaer window will not open

Actual Results:  
'nothing' as opposed to a download starting, or the downloadmanager windown opening

Expected Results:  
download, or open the dwnl.manager window

Hm, might be Bug 171441
Try deletinh compreg.dat

This sounds *exactly* like bug 171441 looked to me when I encountered it.
