I managed to reproduce this issue on Nightly 99.0a1(20220213214259) on Win10 64-bit using the attached pdf. Confirmed as fixed on Firefox 99.0b6(20220320185956) on Win10 64-bit, macOS 11 and Linux x86_64(Ubuntu 20.04).
