Steps to reproduce:

tested On Macos 10.14.6 on firefox 97, firefox developer edition 98.0b4, & firefox nightly 99.0a1

Make a folder in bookmarks toolbar
Add a bookmark to that folder
right click few times on the added bookmark for context menu(for example to edit it).

Actual results:

then the context menu goes behind the bookmark. See attachment for more info.

Expected results:

the context menu when right clicking on the bookmark should show at the front.

I also found myself with this issue. A workaround is to go to about:config and set widget.macos.native-context-menus to FALSE
