Steps to reproduce:
Double clicked on Firefox icon to open it.
Actual results:
It either hangs in the background as open processes or if it does open nothing is accessible. If it does open and I try to load a website it loads infinitely without ever loading the site. Same with opening any Mozilla tools, they do not open.
Expected results:
The window should open and if I try to load a website or open tools it should load.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Disability Access APIs' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

(In reply to Robert Longson [:longsonr] from comment #3)
Do you have WebRoot SecureAnywhere installed?
I do, but it is managed as an administrator so I do not have access. I did see it was flagged in the update as Unresolved

I'm afraid there's a bug in that software that breaks Firefox. The developers of WebRoot SecureAnywhere are trying to fix it.
