In Bug 1741719 & 1741719, we added titulaire (for FR sites) and kartenmarke (for DE sites) in our old regexp based heuristics.
This two cases should also be considered when we use fathom-based heuristic.

This is fixed in Bug 1759418 after updating fathom to e6aff61
