Try some range checkin: When you decrease the size of the text, you suddenly the
size of the text is increased again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Menu View Decrease text size or Crtl --
2.redo this several times (about 5 to seven)

Actual Results:  
Text size results suddenly is changed for the wrong direction. The last will be
unreadable text, then the text resizes and also there will be a problem with CSS.

Expected Results:  
range checkin, only allow increase/decrese only up to a special range, note:
this sudden switch can also be reversed when you use crtl ++
So Range checkin is not be done, you can exceed minimum text size.

Please query for bugs before reporting new ones. Reporting duplicate bugs wastes
a lot of developer and QA time.
