I seem to be hitting Bug 1743551 in a Virtualbox vm with 2.53.11 and also 2.53.11b1 plus 2.53.12b1pre. Ubuntu 20.04 and Minit 20 are affected. Workaround is to disable hardware acceleration. So something for the readme I think.

Proposed patch for ubuntu from last August seems to be moving at a glaciers pace:

NITS:

There is a race condition in libx11

As discussed over IRC the lib is libX11. package seems to be libx11 in ubuntu.
Maybe add that this crash can usually be reproduced easy by opening about:support or Help->Troubleshooting Information.

Can be done when checking in or as an addendum.
