1755369 - Composer structToolbar: "Change tag" textbox is not removed afterwards

In SeaMonkey Composer, after using the "Change tag" feature (in the context menu for tags shown in the status bar), the textbox used to enter the new tag name does not disappear.

This happens both when the change is accepted (with enter/return) and when it is cancelled (for example using Esc or by clicking somewhere else in the content area).

Observed in 2.53.11b1pre 20220113220003 and reproduced in 2.29.1; not present in 2.26.
