Steps to reproduce:
- Start to use Picture in Picture Window
- Crick other Window
Ubuntu 21.10
GNOME 40.4.0
Wayland
I think this problem might happen only on GNOME.
This problem don't happen on KDE.
Actual results:
A Picture in Picture Window Hide Under the Other Windows.
I can solve to click ”Always on Top” on Context menu of PiP.
Expected results:
PiP Window should show always on top.
