Steps to reproduce:
I have made some changes to the CSS rules.
Actual results:
Changes are listed in the Changes panel
Expected results:
I would like to disable/enable a single change listed in the Changes panel (without making them disappear from there) to reassess the impact of the change. Similarly to the checkbox in the Rules panel.
