When calculating the ECH Confirmation value to check against the server provided value in a HRR, the calculation is incorrect. This leads the client to believe that ECH is rejected, triggering a SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_SERVER_HELLO error when the Server Hello ECH value is correctly calculated and shows ECH was accepted.
