The Courier-IMAP mail server uses "INBOX." as personal name space. Mozilla is
does not handle this properly. All folders are shown as subfolders of Inbox,
which they should not be.
Sometimes it is not possible to create new folders or to subscrie to existing
ones, resulting in an "Invalid folder name" error message from the server.
