When attempting to land the first patch using the new uplift workflow we hit a snag, as Lando will only attempt to push a change when Treestatus says a repo is "open".
Most release repos are set to "approval required" status by default. Lando should be able to check if the landing request meets the requirements for an approval and push the commit through.
