When selected, Nothing happens. (Download manager does not appear). When trying to download files, again, nothing happens! The preference is set to: Open the Download manager. Actual Results: Nada Expected Results: Open Download Manager window - when selectred from Menu. Start Downloading, when downloading files.
Try deleting compreg.dat
