mochitest-media has its fair share of intermittent test failures- this can take a long time to sort out if you push to try and want to know if you introduced a regression.

I did an experiment by splitting the large manifests into smaller ones and in general most of the intermittents went away. I was also able to pinpoint many of the shutdown hangs into these smaller manifests and skip them on linux/debug or osx/debug as needed- which accounted for many of the intermittents I was seeing.

This bug will be for splitting the manifests which is a good win overall. I can file a second bug for cleaning up intermittents.
