Steps to reproduce:

Firefox users have the ability to enable backdrop filters from about:config.
But I have noticed for about a couple of months or more, the backdrop-filters don't work.

It can be related to this:

Actual results:

Enabling the backdrop filter from about:config, and trying it with blur and other effects seem to be totally broken.

Expected results:

Backdrop filter should work like before.
