I tried selecting the text from a form field (in the bugzilla summary field -- I
couldn't submit from there), and pasting it into a form field in 4.x, and it
would drop the last character.

I'll look at this, and find out whether it's an output problem or a form
submission problem.

Warren: Are you still seeing this?  It works on Linux, might be a Windows
clipboard problem.  (Currently arguing with my NT box trying to get a build. :-)

I am still unable to get an NT build, but it works fine on Linux.  Since I
haven't heard from Warren that he's still seeing it, and a bunch of fixes for
related problems in the plaintext output sink went in recently, I'm marking this
fixed.
