For Bug 1677578 the site identity code needs to be able to query whether we have logins stored for a given tab. Services.logins.countLogins can already filter by origin.

I propose that we extend it to also support filtering by schemeless site so that we can also show the "show credentials" for site matches rather than just exact origin matches.
