This needs to be implemented in midir first, but this tracks the Gecko integration.

winrt: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/third_party/rust/midir/src/backend/winrt/mod.rs#120-125, but we need to get the properties and then use System.Devices.DeviceManufacturer. Maybe it's not enoought
Alsa: get it from udev or something
