Browser / Version: Firefox Daylight 97.0 (7635)
Operating System: iPad Mini 4 iOS 14.8 (1536 x 2048 pixels (~324 ppi density))

Prerequisites:
ETP - Standard enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.maxmind.com/en/home
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The page is displayed correctly.

Actual Behavior:
The page layout is broken (no CSS).

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP disabled.

This seems to be iOS-specific. Paul, Ben and I just tried reproducing it on Gecko and it's not happening, only on Ben's iOS Firefox device (where it is indeed broken in standard and strict mode).
