Test of the behavior is probably necessary. I don't know how to write for this. Andrew, may you know a way how to write a good test for this?

I now think it is more important test the root cause of this bug in compile time (Bug 1756749). This bug report could be closed if Bug 1756749 gets fixed. Adding tests for the InterceptedHttpChannel would be good, but not so important. Therefore removing needinfo (and because it is probably not so easy to formulate a test).
