Hi guys. Sorry to jump in here. I was able to re-compress the image smaller than the original using a slightly lossy method and another no-loss method. Still came out smaller than the original. If it's of any help, please feel free to use the smaller sized files. But compare them carefully to see if it'll suit your needs.

I‘ve verified this enhancement using the latest Firefox Nightly 100.0a1 (Build ID: 20220315091352) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Ubuntu 20.04.

• The Focus Promo image is displayed on Private Window and its source is "chrome://browser/content/assets/focus-promo.png".
  Tested using the Nightly steps from comment 9.
