User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to about:config and switch 'privacy.resistFingerprinting' to true.
2. Open a PDF file in Google Drive (Or any other Online PDF viewer).

Actual results:

All the texts and images are blurred i.e their quality is reduced.

Expected results:

PDFs shouldn't have been affected

Yes I've only noticed this happening with PDFs, I removed it from PDF Viewer component as my downloaded PDFs appear fine in the Firefox PDF viewer, this seems to be a problem with online pdf viewers like google drive, sorry if this was a mistake.
