1757887 - Allow adding connect.mozilla.org links to the "See Also" field in bugs

Having seen a request from a user on connect.mozilla.org for something that I knew was existing in Bugzilla, I wanted to add a link to into bugzilla so that when the issue gets resolved we hopefully remember to go back and update the connect page as well.

Unfortunately when adding it I get "Invalid Bug URL".

The link I am trying to add in this case is https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/sync-search-engine-settings/idi-p/366

I need a base to check for such as https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/. I could then allow for any arbitrary value past that. There is also the possibility of https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/.
