Tested on:

Windows 7
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach https://classroom.kidshealth.org/classroom/
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the search field or write anything in the field.

Expected Results:

There should be an "x" clear form button displayed.

Actual Results:

There is no "x" clear form button displayed.

Note: The issue is not reproducible in Chrome or Edge.

I was able to reproduce the issue. Writing a search word in the "Search" field does not trigger the appearance of the "X" button to clear the search query:

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 101.0.1 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 103.0a1 (2022-06-26) (64-bit) /FChrome Version Version 103.0.5060.53 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.
