Under Tools / Preferences / Privacy, using the mouse to check either the "for the originating web site only" or "for the current session only" check boxes doesn't work. Selecting either of these and using SPACEBAR will toggle the selection state though.
Works for me. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021020 Phoenix/0.3 Reporter, please don't file bugs if you can't reproduce it using the very latest nightly build.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021021 Phoenix/0.3 I can reproduce this. I can't use the mouse to toggle the option "for the originating web site only". However I can use the spacebar.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021021 Phoenix/0.3 can check with mouse and spacebar, but I can check ALL three boxes, aren´t they exclusive, shouldn´t that be only one of the three? Maybe that´s another bug.
Sorry for invalid comment #3 should have read the strings, all three options are independent and can be checked simultaneously. But there is a similar bug: Tools | Preferences | Advanced | Images | "for the originating web site only" can be checked with space bar only, not with mouse.
