Affected Versions:

All latest Firefox versions

Tested on:

MacOS 11
Windows 10

Preconditions:

download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale
browser.search.region UK

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Reach the payment form on argos.co.uk
  2. Click on any field and choose any card from the cc dropdown.
  3. Click in the autofilled card number field and select clear form.
  4. Click on any field and choose any card from the cc dropdown.
  5. Click in the autofilled Name on card field and select clear form.

Expected Results:

  1. The expiry year date is displayed accordingly.
  2. All the fields should be cleared accordingly upon clear form option and no yellow highlight should remain for the fields background.

Actual Results:

  1. Only the first 3 digits are displayed for the expiry year date. (Not reproducible in Chrome).
  2. When the clear form is triggered from the card number field (step 3), the expiray date drop-downs and Name on card field remains highlighted with yellow. If the clear form is triggered from the Name on card field (step 5), all the fields are cleared accordingly. (This is reproducible in Chome as well).
