Hi Alex, this regression range does not really make any sense, it is a backout of two bugs.

Looking at the graphs, it appears to me that there was an improvement around Jan 17 before "regressing" on Jan 20 back to where it was before (and remains to this day). From what I can see, there isn't a real regression to track here. Feel free to reopen if you disagree with that assessment.
