The "Missing Table Data 2022-03-07 Incident" deserves a retro. Is there anything we can put in place to make problems like this less frequent? More obvious?

This is currently scheduled for next Tuesday. It's on the Data Org calendar. I started putting together a timeline in the retro doc (Mozilla internal).

This retrospective happened today. Thanks everyone for input! I'll be filing a few follow-up bugs and linking here.
